William C. Brightly CPCU, President 

Bill is a graduate of Lafayette College and holds a CPCU designation.  He began his insurance career as a marketing representative with Kemper.   He then took a  marketing job with the Home Insurance Group before joining Mintz Girgan  & Brightly in 1984.  In 1990 Bill became President and sole owner of Mintz Girgan & Brightly.

Susan Fitzgerald, Vice President  

Susan is a graduate of Middlebury College.  She began her insurance training in the Management training program at The Home Insurance Group where she was a Commercial Lines Underwriter.  She worked for several years at Willis Corroon, a national brokerage house where she serviced national accounts.  In 1989 Susan joined Mintz Girgan & Brightly where she has held the positions of Marketing Manager and Commercial Lines Manager.  Susan is currently in charge of all company operations.  Additionally, she acts as the Account Manager for many large commercial accounts and for the servicing of these accounts.

Timothy Dwyer, Executive Vice President 

In 2009, Tim made a major career change, leaving the investment world to become an insurance broker. Tim is concentrating on selling insurance products in the Philadelphia area, and is running our new office in King of Prussia, PA.

Judy Pecoraro, Commercial Lines Supervisor  

Judy began her insurance career at Mintz Girgan & Brightly in 1988.  She was a successful Account Manager and was promoted to Commercial Lines Supervisor in 1998.  Judy oversees the Commercial Lines staff in addition to servicing her own book of accounts.

Judy McDonald, Account Manager

Judy is a Commercial Lines Account Manager with over 20 years of experience. Over the years, Judy has serviced both Personal and Commercial customers. She is a seasoned veteran who focuses her efforts on providing her clients with outstanding customer service.

John joined Mintz Girgan & Brightly in December, 1997 after successfully building a large customer base with a direct writing insurance company.  John's years of experience in the insurance industry have provided him with a vast knowledge of the insurance marketplace and policy forms.  He concentrates his efforts on selling insurance coverages to individuals and offers superior service to those customers.

Michael Solarino, Account Executive 

Following in his father’s footsteps, Michael joined Mintz Girgan & Brightly in 2006. Michael is responsible for selling insurance to prospective Commercial Lines clients. His expertise also allows him to sell to individuals.

Janet Ingraldi, Personal Lines Supervisor 

Janet Ingraldi is the Supervisor of the Personal Lines Department. Additionally, Janet has an assigned book of clients for which she is responsible. Janet’s 35 years of experience in the insurance industry have made her an expert in personal insurance coverages and policy forms. She provides sound insurance advice to all of her clients.

Gayle Sartor, Account Manager 

Gayle is a Personal Lines Account Manager who joined Mintz Girgan & Brightly in 1991. Her many years of experience have provided her with expertise in personal insurance coverages and company rating. She focuses her efforts on providing superior service to her customers.

Mary Ann Currie, Account Manager 

Mary Ann began her insurance career as a claims adjuster for Aetna. She joined Mintz Girgan & Brightly in 1990 as an Assistant in the Personal Lines Department. In 2005, Mary Ann was promoted to Account Manager, and specializes in servicing the insurance needs of individuals.

Rose DiDonato, Claims Manager 

Rose fills the position of Claims Manager for Mintz Girgan & Brightly. Her many years of experience working in both Commercial and Personal insurance have provided her with a vast knowledge of coverages and policy forms. She offers solid claims advice to all customers.

Anna Simeone, Technical Assistant 

Anna began working at Mintz Girgan & Brightly in 2008, and holds a NJ Producers license. Anna provides support and assistance to Janet Ingraldi in the servicing of Personal insurance clients.

Laurie Brightly, Technical Assistant 

Laurie is a graduate of Lafayette College. After raising her three children, she has returned to the workforce, obtaining the NJ Producers license in 2009. Laurie provides support and assistance to both Tim Dwyer and Janet Ingraldi in the servicing of Personal insurance clients.
