William C. Brightly
CPCU, President
Bill is a graduate of
Lafayette College and holds a CPCU designation. He began his insurance
career as a marketing representative with Kemper. He then took a
marketing job with the Home Insurance Group before joining Mintz Girgan
& Brightly in 1984. In 1990 Bill became President and sole owner of
Mintz Girgan & Brightly. |

Susan Fitzgerald, Vice
President
Susan is a graduate of
Middlebury College. She began her insurance training in the Management
training program at The Home Insurance Group where she was a Commercial
Lines Underwriter. She worked for several years at Willis Corroon, a
national brokerage house where she serviced national accounts. In 1989
Susan joined Mintz Girgan & Brightly where she has held the positions of
Marketing Manager and Commercial Lines Manager. Susan is currently in
charge of all company operations. Additionally, she acts as the Account
Manager for many large commercial accounts and for the servicing of
these accounts. |

Judy Pecoraro,
Commercial Lines Supervisor
Judy began her insurance
career at Mintz Girgan & Brightly in 1988. She was a successful Account
Manager and was promoted to Commercial Lines Supervisor in 1998. Judy
oversees the Commercial Lines staff in addition to servicing her own
book of accounts. |
